With a high gain antenna, the airtime cost is significantly reduced making satellite communication more affordable. With the Nera WorldPhone Provident, telecommunication can reach new areas with a very small initial investment. The built-in functionality in Nera WorldPhone Provident provides all necessary telecommunication services for remote villages, farms, businesses, construction sites etc. The larger antenna, designed to withstand rough weather conditions, can easily be mounted on a pole or wall. It is also available in a portable version. Operating on the Inmarsat-3 Spot Beam System, the Nera WorldPhone Provident provides high quality voice, facsimile and data to any part of the world, with the exception of the polar regions. |
